We partner with a trusted private transportation company to provide airport transfers from Cancun and Tulum, as well as local transportation in and around Tulum, in both standard and luxury vehicles.

For local transportation, our concierge will assist you onsite.

DO I NEED A RESERVATION AT GITANO BEACH? IS THERE A COVER CHARGE?
Reservations are highly recommended if you would like a sunbed, double bed, or beach lounge. We also have seating on the restaurant deck. You can reserve with our CASA GITANO concierge or the host at the beach club.
There is no minimum spend for hotel guests.
Beach towels are provided complimentary for hotel guests.
DJ sessions: Thursday to Sunday (1 PM - 6 PM)
Every weekend, we host Beach BBQ & Sunset Fiestas.

DOES CASA GITANO HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?
Our CASA & POOL is coming soon! CASA GITANO guests will have exclusive access to a dramatic 20M infinity pool, restaurant, and wellness center. This will be completed in the next phase of CASA GITANO.
We also have Beach Villas with private pools. You can book these online or upgrade before your arrival.
IS THE WATER SAFE TO DRINK OR BRUSH OUR TEETH WITH?
Water Safety: Please avoid drinking tap water. We recommend using the jar of purified water provided in the bathroom for brushing your teeth.
Personal Bar: Stocked with Agua de Piedra still and sparkling water, available for purchase.
CAN WE FLUSH PAPER DOWN THE TOILET?
Throughout Tulum, please refrain from flushing paper or other objects down the toilet. The sewer system is very delicate in our growing city.
CAN WE BRING OUR PET?
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome. The pet rate is $50 USD per night

Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a leash at all times outside of your room.
